Hi  @NeilO , I am having the exact same problem  when sending mail from my iPhone 13.

Could you help me with this situation.

Sending from my computer is fine, it's just my iPhone.

I have deleted my BT account on my phone and set it up again but just the same.

Thanks for sending over the details @busterboy1 .

For the benefit of the community can you check the settings at settings for outgoing and incoming bt email servers  and let us know if that helps?

Nope, tried both IMAP and POP and still the same. Never mind I'll put up with it.
