Re: SAVING DRAFTS

Hi

using iPad Pro, all updated.   Saving a draft  mail is hit and miss , sometimes it will, sometimes it doesn’t….
more often than not it doesn’t save. Been like that for a year or more.  Both my wife and myself.
any thoughts?

Re: SAVING DRAFTS

I have moved you onto your own thread because the one you posted on was two years old and marked as solved.

Are you using webmail (on a browser) and if so which browser, or are you using an email app and if so which one?

Re: SAVING DRAFTS

I’m using Apple , as supplied, and BT is my nominated email provider .  Used to be yahoo, but I don’t use that anymore. Assume safari?

does that answer your question?

Re: SAVING DRAFTS

It appears that you are using the Apple mail app on your device.

To establish if it is a problem with your Apple mail app or with the actual BTMail system you would need to use your BT email account with a web browser (web mail) instead of the Apple app.

If the draft feature was still not working correctly that would help narrow the problem to being the BTMail system at fault. If it performs as it should that would point to the problem being with the Apple mail app.

To use your BTMail on a web browser you need to log on using the BTMail logon page.
