Hi, My main email account seems to have gone missing. As with previous posters i get the message
ACCOUNT ERROR Selected account BT MAIL account is unavailable.
I have also been unable to use my address using Outlook, the message there says Your IMAP Server closed the connection. BT help suggested my PC was at fault but i have used another PC and the problem persists. Has anyone got suggestions as to how i can restore my email address, BT do not seem able to help.
