We are having a very similar issue, but it is only on some of our emails. Can we have some help please?
Hi @Net, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. I've moved your post to create your own thread as the previous thread is already resolved.
Sorry that you're getting this error. Are you using a mail client and if so have you tried sending the email via Webmail to see if that works ok or you get the same error?
Does this error occur with all emails you try to send or just some?
Cheers
John
Hi @JohnC2
I am sorry I am not sure what you mean by a mail client, but when I click on the Webmail link it takes me to the email I am using.
It is only on some emails.
Thanks
Annette
Hi @Net, thanks for replying back to me and you're using webmail. A client would be outlook for example.
I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll be happy to help you with this.
Cheers
John
Good morning
With regards to this problem, why has my email thread disappeared?
Regards
Annette
Your email thread has not disappeared. You have been moved onto your own thread rather being on some other person's thread.
This allows you to get help regarding your problem and avoids confusion with the other person's thread/problem that you posted on which was already marked as solved.
Thank you
That thread has disappeared
Hi @Keith_Beddoe . I am not sure what you are directing me to, it is this thread
Sorry to butt in but i wondered if you were strugling with adding your own links to other sites in your email - I only say this because i inadvertently did this earlier by mistake on another thread and suffered from the policy issue message.
If it's not related to including html links in your email then appologies for butting in.
In my case i just ignore the message and removed the offending link i did not mean to add anyway.
Interesstingly the policy issue message did not help me to understand 2what i had done wrong but thats another
story.😮
PS: I like you name using @Net
