This is my first time on this forum so I hope I have my problem in the right topic.  Whenever I try to get into my emails (after putting in pass and email address) I keep getting a message saying 'Sorry, we are experiencing a temporary problem with Email and are working to fix it as soon as possible.  Please try again later.  Sorry if this causes any inconvience'  well I can tell you it does!  It isn't all the time this message comes up as sometimes it works ok. but it is very hit and miss at the moment and has been for over a week now.  Also another message I get is 'Secure connection failed'.  Anyone else having problems like this or is it down to my computer(s).  I thought of changing my password for email but no good as I can't always get into them to activate link back.  Thanks everso.

How are getting to the log on page?

 

Does it happen when you use the direct link here.

It is not your password causing the problem so I would not change your password in an attempt to fix it.

My email problem seems to have been fixed by BT, thank goodness.  I use my email address from 'Most Visited tab' which brings up the BT Home page, then I click on Email and put in my address.  Sometimes it would work, but mostly it didn't.  It was annoying, but all seems fine now.  Thanks.
