My BT Mail account has also been locked out because someone has supposedly been trying to access my account. I'm supposed to be logging in to Email via bt.com to change my password but Firefox displays a 'Secure connection failed' message. Tried using Edge with the same result. The BT Help messaging system doesn't seem to be working and I only seem to be able to phone if I want to buy something, which is currently a diminishing possibility.

This didn't help me connect on my PC. However, I eventually managed to solve the problem by connecting on my smartphone and changing my password, which I could not do via my desktop or laptop. This seems to have resolved the problem on all my devices.
