Re: Unable to receive emails on ipad/iphone

I have the same problem but with my iPad I can get mail on my iPhone again all the settings are the same . Have changed passwords checked the ports reset the iPad , iPad is showing connected all the ticks in place.i have had two conversations with bt but why I bother calling them i don't know as they seem programmed to not wanting to sort any problems!  Been trying for two days to resolve this problem I would have thought that if the message is cannot connect to server it's a bt problem just hope someone can give me an answer.
