Massively unimpressed with bt mail migration.

Tried to access two mailboxes and dialogs insisted in going through setting password for same btid twice.

Ive also just discovered that i have lost the disposable emails.

I have a twitter account set up on a disposable email, i have forgotten the twitter passoword but have no means on resetting it since the disposable email no longer works.

Was this thought through properly ?

Clearly NOT, judging by all the problems that have been reported.

 

I've only just been migrated and am having problems daily. May I ask those went on BT Mail months ago (new customers and Early Migration) if they had these problems? Were they posted here? In which case BT have done b-all to put right their failures.

We have had no email for over a week, BT have no idea when our issues will be resolved 😞

 

Not impressed.
