For the past week I have had no incoming mail in my Ipad mailbox and all my old ones have vanished. I still can get them by going to the BT Webmail site, that is much slower to use. I have wasted a lot of time with both BT and Apple help. BT said rhey have made some changes recently and provided me with up to date settings. The Apple adviser helped me change them and confirms that they are correct but still Ihave no incoming mail. BT blams Apple and Apple blame BT! Grrrr!

For the last week there have been no emails coming into the inbox on my Ipad Mini 4 and all the old ones have disappeared. The inbox on Webmail is working ok but I find it much slower to use and, with my poor sight, everything is too small. BT say they did make changes around that time and supplied me with revised settings. I have put all those in, checked, and wasted a lot of time with both BT and Apple help. They blame each other but I still have the problem!
Anyone else with similar issues?
