Oh Maybe i should try to get Google to do something. I have complained on their Facebook page. I can't get anywhere with bt . Doesn't recognise my old email or password. Of course it was so long ago i may have the details . I may persevere with gmail considering what you said about service. I think that's why i left them in the first place. I just want an email account that works , it ain't much to ask surely!!! Thanks for your help and advice.

Provided you are a BT Broadband customer, they you should be able to get a new BT e-mail address via your MyBT login.
