I'm getting really fed up now, spent ages the other day setting up a new email password with BT's online chat. This morning tried to log in and the password wasn't recognised. Tried resetting it and my security question answers were also not recognised in order to do so.
This is most urgent I need access as I'm dealing with a Solicitor at the moment.
There is also some sort of strange flickering going on with BT.com website at the moment...is there an issue??
I am a real technophobe so any help needs to be straight forward for me

Why did you change your password?
What happens when you try to log on via this link.
Have you tried logging on to your MyBT then going to "Your Products" then "Mail, manage" and once there going to the email accounts inbox?
Assuming you can remember it, try the old password. As daft as it may sound some people have posted on here that they changed their password but that they can still only login using the old one

I changed my password to stop my now EX checking my emails because we used both our emails and often asked each other to check on orders etc
I did manage to reset everything myself, but don't ask me how, hopefully no more gremlins
