Is the email address linked to a BT Broadband account or Premium Mail account?
How are you trying to access your email?
Do you get any error message?
The email is linked to an old BT broadband account I had at a previous address. My present broadband is linked to a different email account. I dont have Premium email, what ever that is!
up until Friday it was working fine on my iphone and via outlook on PC. Then is suddenly stopped. I deleted the mail account from my phone and from outlook and cannot set it up again. It just wont connect to the server.
I think I managed a password change via BT.com Email but am not sure. It lets me login to myBT using the address but wont let me view the emails. I tried to 'manage my email' and it says username/password is not recognised.
it now looks like the account has been protected for security. I have been through the security check, received a PIN etc and have changed my password, but I still cannot access emails via MyBT.
It lists my account and says Protected highlighted in Green
