BT recently deleted one of my email addresses due to inactivity (my fault I know!) but I would like to reactivate it.
Using my principle account login I went to the Manage Emails section of MyBT but that deleted address isn't listed, and if I try to set up again as new it says it's already taken. I am well within the 60 day reactivation period as it was only deactivated 3 weeks ago so a bit nonplussed.
Hi @Dave901 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, did the email have its own BT ID? If so I'd recommend trying to log in on that instead? Post back and let me know how you get on?
