Re: Recovering Mailboxes

Thanks for your help.  Only deleted this morning -  I will check the app settings and see if there is anything which I can change.

Re: Recovering Mailboxes

Even although you deleted it on an app you may be lucky and it is actually in your Trash folder when you log onto your email account using a browser (webmail).

When you delete a folder it gets moved to Trash but not the normal folder. If you look at the Trash folder and if your deleted folder is there you will see an arrow on the left hand side of the Trash icon.

If you click on that you should see the folder that you deleted. You can then drag and drop it back to your list of folders.

Re: Recovering Mailboxes

It appears that if you delete something by logging into BT email it will save under trash (like you mentioned), but it looks if you delete a mailbox from iphone, then it gets lost.  If its a separate email you delete it will go under 'bin' but not an entire folder with emails in it  (that just disappears)

Re: Recovering Mailboxes

I take it you have checked in the manner I suggested and there is no arrow?
