I'm having a problem with emails from my organisation being sent to btinernet.com addresses rejected as spam.
380 have been blocked in the last two weeks.

We are not on any block lists. Specifically these are invoice emails with PDF attachments. Our other emails sent by the same means are delivered.
How can I go about getting our address whitelisted please?
Thanks for the info, those requirements are all met and we're not on a blocklist.
Our other emails to btinternet.com (order confirmations, despatch notifications) get through fine and other providers are not blocking us.
Then all I can suggest is you contact the postmaster on the address in the link.

Yeah, they're not very speedy in replying I'm afraid.
Getting nowhere with this. Keep being told a change has been made, but it hasn't. No other provider is blocking these emails. Very frustrating to have to tell customers they need to set up another email address to receive from us.
