Removing Group label from a Contact - why does BT use the word "DELETE" instead of "REMOVE the GROUP Label " ??
It is misleading, as users frequently assume that DELETE will DELETE the Contact.
Saying "Remove the Group label" - which is not a lot of typing for a computer system to repeat - would clarify the action, and stop a lot of confusion amongst the BT email users
I suppose that the word DELETE is used because the name is being deleted from the "group label" section/folder so it does not appear to be unreasonable to use that word.
As far as I am aware, you are the only person that has reported on the forum that they are confused in this matter.
When I was looking for how to do it, I found several Questions on the forum asking how - and realised that it was not obvious, even when you are instructed how to do it by the replies.
