What is an email client
Presumably you are using Apple Mail rather than logging in to BT email via a browser on your iPad. For example, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari etc
Mail (Apple)
Sorry to confuse, as you can guess I am a Luddite !
My main irritation is with my MacBook Pro, re constant requests to log in as explained. However I can by pass by using Bt Mail saved on my screen.
my iPad uses Safari I think and that often requires me to log in because my tokens have expired?
I am bowing out now of this query LOL I have reached the end of my knowledge, and have no idea why an iPad (or any device) would offer up random pop ups to log in to BT email, I have never witnessed in my life a random BT pop up - best of luck...
Thanks for the advice, I am diverting to GMail
