Hi there,
I provide IT support for a client and their business keeps getting their account locked due to incorrect password attempts. This first happened in July last year and has happened the other day and this morning.
We’ve ensured zero devices are connecting with old credentials but this keeps happening. Resetting the password gains access to the account again but I want to stop this happening again as I have to go to site and update other laptops and phones with new information.
Does BT block accounts for incorrect guesses as this is a huge issue if so if someone malicious wanted to stop email access to a company?
