Has anyone solved the problem of not being able to save drafts?
Or do anyone know how we can contact BT and report this without being on the phone for hours? Can the help team be contacted by e-mail to sort these problems out?

Can you be specific with what you are doing when you are composing and saving as a draft.
I have found that it works as follows:-
If you single click on "compose" this will bring up a "new" email. Enter something into the email you are sending and thereafter you should be able to save as a draft by clicking on the "save" icon. This should save the email to the Draft folder. The composing email will stay visible to you until you click "Discard" which will then close it and place it into the draft folder where you can retrieve it when you wish to complete or send it.
If you click save as you are composing the email, it will only show the saved time if there is a change to the previously saved draft.
