Safe Sender Email Not Received

Hello,

I am trying to receive an email from noreply@mcdpromotions.co.uk but it doesn’t seem to arrive despite the fact I’ve added it to my safe senders list. Anything else I can try? They have sent it a few times now.

Welcome to the community.

Has there been any sign of the email coming through yet?

If not, how is it you are accessing your email? Is it through the BT Mail login in your browser or an email client/app?

No sign yet. I’ve been talking with bt help, and they can’t work it out either. There are no blocks in place, I’m looking through a browser, we’ve been through all my settings. It’s going to the off line techs now to see if they can try! Thanks for the reply.

It’s solved and through! Basically it was a mistake by McD’s advisor who misspelt their email address! It’s promotion and not promotions, rendering my safe email address useless. 
Thank you for your help. I have at least learnt an awful lot about email through this excercise.
