Why do emails that I have added to my safe senders list still go into the spam folder. I have marked them as not spam and moved them to the inbox numerous times by logging onto bt webmail online. I have checked they are on the safe senders list. This has been happening for years and getting a bit annoying so I thought I would find out if there is an answer to fix this. Any ideas anyone?
