Scammed

Hello my son has been scammed and has given away my email password yesterday morning it would seem that while I am still able to access the web mail my email has been removed from my BTID and I cant seem to receive or send any emails. Please help me how do I resecure my account.

If your email account has been hacked you should contact BT 0330.1234.150 and advise them what has happened and they should be able to lock the account until the issue is sorted.

See the following links with advice what else you should be checking in the email account such as checking for "forwarding " and who you should contact such as your bank etc.
