Suddenly I’m unable to send emails from my BT account on four Apple devices (iPads and iPhones). I can receive emails, and can send emails via BT web. I have tried deleting the account on an iPad and then reinstalling, emails came back but have lost all folders so am hesitant to try this on the other devices.
I’d be grateful for help to resolve this.
