For the last week it seems emails I have sent and are sitting in my sent box as normal have not been received. These are a variety of emails to both single recipients and small groups (15). I have asked recipients and the email is not sitting in their spam box.
I work from home so this is urgent.

Can you please confirm whether you are on the the BT residential email service, or the BT Business email service, as they are totally separate, as the business service is of a much higher quality?
Then you are suffering the same problem as lots of other people who are using the BT residential email service. As I only use Gmail, you will have to see if anyone on this forum can offer advice.
Either that, or wait a few days, and it will probably fix itself.
Thank you - I only do a small amount of self-employed work and I am full time employed but home-based, hence not using the business email.
Here's hoping someone can offer advice or it suddenly fixes itself!
