Service_User as an account

Hi there,

I noticed on my BT account details it says I have 2 accounts. One being my recognised one, one being ‘SERVICE_USER’.

I just wanted to check what this ‘SERVICE_USER’ account means - is it legit? Does everyone have it? (It has no info or account number when I click it)

I think recently someone tried to get into my email, so I’m just double checking everything for security reasons.

You have posted on the thread that deals with email problems.

Can you confirm that you are posting about an email account problem or is it as I suspect a problem with your BT broadband account.
