thank you for updating the BT Mail layout.
My signature has dissapeared with the new layout and when I add it in the signature area it still doesn't appear when writing an email.
Please can you help get the signature back asap.

Do you tick the box "include signature" and when setting up the signature ticked the box to make it the default signature?
Also make sure you have selected the option to place the signature "Above the original email" if you are using the reply to function other wise your signature will be at the very bottom of the whole email rather than just at the bottom of your reply.
Works for me.
Did you set your sig in settings > mail > signatures? Did you tick the 'Include signature' box? Did you save the settings ?

It works now.
I put it 'below' email rather than 'above' as I wanted it below the email I was writing not above it.
Makes sense that it needs to be 'above' so that it isn't at the end of the whole email and is at the bottom of the reply.
