I'm not receiving some emails that I was previously getting up to October 2021,
I have added the sender domain to safe sender
any help on how to resolve the issue would be appreciated

Check that the senders email address and domain is not in your "Blocked Senders" list which can be found in the same place as the "Safe Sender" settings.
Thanks for the suggestion, I've already tried that & added the domain to the safe sender list
I just added a new rule to try & allow emails from the senders domain - not sure if that will help
I was successfully getting the emails prior to Oct 21 so not sure what changed
Just a basic check, the sender is using your correct email address?
Is the sender having a problem with all BT email addresses or just yours?
If the sender is using their own domain have the checked that the problem is not at their end.

The email address is correct - I was getting emails without any problems until recently
It's only my email address with a problem and the failed delivery report says the issue is on my side & BTmail see the mails as spam
I've added the domain & sender email to my safe senders list but mails are still failing & thanks for the link =- I'll take a look
