Some but not all of my contacts have started having their emails rejected as below . This is despite my having them in my BT and eM Client contact lists. This isn't due to my eM Client but by BT because they can get me on a Gmail address. (PS BT's fault reporting is rubbish there is no online way of doing it not even by email.)
The reject email reads : -
