Some of my emails are categorised as Spam. Is a BT blacklist to blame?

I've not managed to get satisfaction from BT Support Chat.  I'm hoping a Mod can help (they usually come up with the goods!).

I use a feature on my NAS to email me a status report once per week through mail.btinternet.com (using my normal logon credentials) from my btinternet.com alias to another email address (a domain of mine hosted by another provider).  This provider's email forwarding service then forwards the email to my btinternet.com account.  For the past few weeks the email has bounced (i.e. it appears in my btinternet.com inbox without having gone through the email forwarding service).  The other provider says "......you were set as SMAPPER by BT. To solve this issue, you need to contact BT to remove you from their blacklist".  These weekly emails used to be OK and I'm not aware that anything has changed.  Sending from Outlook using my btinternet.com alias icontinues to be OK.  What could the problem be?

This is the 'bounce' email I get:

The mods may read this thread, or may not.  To contact them explicitly try at: http://bt.custhelp.com/app/contact_email/c/4951 .  But be aware they take 3 working days to reply: sometimes more if busy.
