I keep getting this message whenever I try to log in. This has been going on for over a year now. Every time I speak with BT they go through the same basic hand out sheet they work through and it never works. I've tried every device, browser and operating system I can get my hands on and nothing works. I'm sure this is a problem at their end as I created a new BT email and it works fine, but my default email that they send all their communications to I cannot access. 

I logged a complaint, they closed it saying it was fixed without actually doing anything or even contacting me on the new email like they said you would. 

I know it's just an email, but I'm so fed up I've started looking at sky.

Anyone had this problem before?

Hi @toast and welcome to our community.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your email. I'm assuming you've been through the forgotten password process etc? If you haven't been able to access your email in over a year it might have been deleted but I'll be happy to  check it for you.
