Sorry, you email cannot be delivered due to content policy reasons

Hi,

I've recently started receiving an error message whenever I try to send an email via BT webmail. The message says 'Sorry, you email cannot be delivered due to content policy reasons'. 

I can't figure out how to fix this as I haven't changed any settings and I'm sending what I consider to be perfectly normal emails.

Can anyone provide a solution?

Cannot offer solution, but sounds like a variant on my 'group email' problem with similar message. Has BT changed 'security' settings?
