Every email I try to send using the new BT webmail I get this error message
Sorry your email could not be delivered due to content policy reasons. Please check your message content for URLs, content and subject matter that could be construed as Malware, Spam or Phishing before retrying. (6-1-1-1) ID (5ED9C74D0712CDE2) [Err code: 553]
Have even tried blank emails no content no subject.

VPN Yes and I have tried with it switched off and it made no difference.
This is on the laptop using Windows 10 and Chrome both up to date.
Yes, I have rebooted the PC and its the same error.
I have been getting this same message on and off (never know when it seems) for NINE months, BT.
I use Nord VPN but will also suspend that service to send an email and my BT email client STILL doesn't work.
PLEASE can someone shed some light on @neil4768 's important question.

Same issue. has started this week for me. Initially intermittent, but no constant and currently unable to send email from my Mac. Strangely still works from my iPhone.
Do BT monitor these threads? Has this been acknowledged as in need of a fix?
Both my wife and I are getting the same problem - what is going on BT?
