Spam filtering

Suddenly (but not for the first time) almost all my 'good' emails are being placed in the spam folder - despite my marking them as good and safe.  It really is very irritating and time wasting as I cannot simply download the emails to my email app without first having to go through BT.

Set your email app up as an IMAP account and your spam folder on the BT servers will be shown and synchronise with the BT servers without the need for you to log onto your BTMail using webmail.
