I have had BT email, in its various incarnations, for 20+ years. In the last 2 weeks I’ve had more spam (phishing) mail in my inbox than ever before. I’ve spoken to BT Customer Service, who say there is no problem with their system or filter, and that I’m just “unlucky “
Am I the only one? Any suggestions for stopping this problem?
The Gmail spam filter is much more effective than the BT Mail one, with mail getting trapped by Gmail that is sent straight through by BT Mail, which doesn't seem to be 'learning' at all and there have been more in the last week or so than I've had for a while so I must be 'unlucky' too!!
