Spellcheck issues

Hello,

Having some issues with the spellchecker on my email in the browser. I'm using an Apple Mac, and Firefox browser. When I am composing an email and I have made a spelling error, the word underlines in red, but when I click on it to change it, the corrected word either added onto that word, appears within the misspelt word or moved to the very end of the sentence. Why is this happening please? It doesn't do it on any other programme.

Spellcheck is a function of your browser, not the email system. No idea why it should behave differently with email.

Hi, I've checked in the browser and the spellchecker is turned on there - I even tried turning it off and typing again and it was still coming up with the issue. Please see the attached screen shot - I was trying to force it to make the errors, so as you can see where I spelt wine wrong it inserted the word white in the middle of it, as this was the suggested word. Really odd, it seems weirdly inconsistent, doing it sometimes but not others.

Bizarre,works as expected with Firefox and Windows11 for me.
