Stopped receiving Delivery Advice Emails from DPD (Courier Co.)
Inexplicably, or perhaps not so, since the announcement of the wonderful new email service from BT we seem not to be receiving delivery advice emails from <firstname.lastname@example.org>. The only odd thing I can see is that the address the emails were and I assume are being sent to is shown as ALL IN CAPS. I never provide our email address in that format so it is a peculiarity of DPD which, until recently certainly, was not adversely effecting delivery of emails, but as of 2 weeks ago... who knows. All I do know is that the various shippers are adamant that emails are being sent as usual but I can be just as emphatic that they are not reaching our mailbox. Any thoughts.
