Sub email account "Secured" but unable to reset password.

Hi, I am looking for advice. My sub email account was "secured" due to suspicious activity but when I go through the procedures from BT to reactivate it, the information I put in is not recognised. Yesterday I tried online chat for help but the adviser eventually gave up and said she would get a special technician to phone me tonight at 8pm to resolve the problem, the phone call never came.  I received an email on my main account advising me BT were looking into my complaint and gave me a reference number. As I have already been let down with the lack of phone call from the special technician, should I wait on BT or try and take things further?

Got it sorted folks. Tried BT online chat once more before escalating problem. Spoke to an advisor who actually knew what they were doing, they reset my password first time. Many thanks to him/her 🙂
