Hi, I am looking for advice. My sub email account was "secured" due to suspicious activity but when I go through the procedures from BT to reactivate it, the information I put in is not recognised. Yesterday I tried online chat for help but the adviser eventually gave up and said she would get a special technician to phone me tonight at 8pm to resolve the problem, the phone call never came. I received an email on my main account advising me BT were looking into my complaint and gave me a reference number. As I have already been let down with the lack of phone call from the special technician, should I wait on BT or try and take things further?
