Suspended email

My email connected to every social media account I have (and gmail accounts) has been suspended or deleted. May I have help restoring it?

Did or do have? If you no longer have an account your mail will have been deleted.

It’s not the mail that’s the issue. I don’t mind about that. It’s the things it’s linked to that I mainly need it for

The mail account will have been deleted if you are no longer a BT customer. The sites that the email address is 'linked to' will still be accessible as the email address is just a string of characters being used as a username. You will obviously not be able to receive any correspondence from these sites however.

And I’m currently locked out one of them. I just need the email to change the password

You haven't actually answered the question as to whether you have a current BT broadband or Premium mail account. The inference is that you haven't, but that is not confirmed.
