THINKING OF CANCELLING BT BROADBAND - WHAT HAPPENS TO MY EMAIL ACCOUNTS?

I notice on reading today that if you cancel I cancel my BB (which I am thinking of doing) my email account will move down to basic or I have the option to pay £7.50 per month to go to premium.  couple of questions here.

1.  If I downgrade to basic - will my sub accounts used by family still be available to them?

2.  Can I use the Basic on my phone?

3.  If I upgrade to Premium will the sub accounts still be there?

4.  Is it £7.50 per email address ?
