I have a personal talk21.com email address.
I have it loaded on my android phone , using Outlook . Has worked ok, until yesterday 4th August.
Now I cannot receive or send emails from my phone.
It asks to sign into the account. Have entered all the correct details, but no joy.
I can access the account from a web browser - all ok.

Are you either a BT Broadband customer or paying for Premium email if not? If neither, it is likely your account has either been deleted or downgraded to basic mail which is only accessible via a browser and not email apps.

Im a BT broadband customer.
However. I have two email addresses at Talk21.com
one for myself . That I only use on a web browser.
the other is for my wife. She is the one who gets in on her phone. Was all working yesterday..
How can I check that the issue is maybe a change in BT’s service on talk21.com
Are you entering the login details in the format (username).email@example.com?
Are the email addresses associated with your broadband account in MyBT manage email?
You should try using the email address format as suggested:- (username).firstname.lastname@example.org
