Talk21 account issue - deleting emails

Hi there. I have a talk21 email account and it looks like it has been updated lately. I used to be able to click on the first email and then press shift and the down button and this would automatically allow me to scroll and select dozens of emails at a time for deletion. Now this function does not work and I have to scroll and click each one individually. Is anyone else having this issue? And will it be corrected? Thanks

Regarding deleting multiple emails, it has been answered on the forum many times already.

If you hold down the shift key then tick the box to the left of the first email you want to delete in the list of emails then scroll down using the scroll bar on the right hand side and tick the last email you want to delete then release the shift key. It will select all the emails in between. You can then click delete or drag and drop them into the Trash folder.
