Talk21.com account

I have a Talk21.com account and a btinternet.com account.  

I am trying to change the password on my Talk21.com account but the change password always assumes I am using my btinternet.com account even though I am logged into my talk21.com account on webmail!

Any suggestions?

The Talk21 accounts are now formatted (username).t21@btinternet.com so you should try that.

Thanks.  That has solved it.  I guessed it was an alias, just not sure how it was formatted.
