Thousands of unwanted Draft emails

Every morning I find my draft email folder is full of hundreds of draft emails. It's the same email every time - one that I sent from my phone with a photo attachment. It consumes my monthly data allowance. How can I stop this happening please?

What size is the picture? It is possibly too large and your phone is repeatedly trying to send it, failing, and saving it as a draft for some reason.

If it is happening on your phone I presume you are using an email app and if so which one?

Have you logged onto your BTMail account using a browser and checking to see if the email is in any of the folders there and if it is try deleting it.

Thank you for this suggestion, I deleted it and it's stopped so I think you are right.

Thank you, I deleted the email and it's stopped. I think it was too big possibly.
