Thunderbird 96.1.6 won't allow connection to a valid email address ending "@btinternet.com" despite using same password which works OK for that address on BT webmail.
Settings are for IMAP

Correct password has been entered for both servers & verified by using it on the webmail login.
Any ideas, anyone?
