Token Expired

Why am I being asked several times a day to re-enter details because my token has expired?

Because you are using the BTMail app which is rubbish. It has been reported that the problem has been solved with the latest update to the app but other have reported that it made no difference.

My advice and that of others on the forum is to remove the BTMail app and use a decent tried and tested email app.

Your device will probably have one already installed or you could try the BlueMail app or AquaMail app, both of which are recommended on the forum
