Too many emails

I am getting the error Too many messages (2.4.6.2) (Error code 421).  Just when I really need to send things out.  I have tried to send ONE message!

Hi @Frogmodem, welcome back, and sorry you're getting this error message.

Is this error on the BT email app, webmail, or are you using an email client such as Outlook?
