Transactional emails being marked as generic SPAM

We are a visitor and contractor solution to events and we frequently send transactional emails to event participants.

More recently due to Covid-19. 

Every day a participant receives an email asking them to confirm that they are free of X symptoms etc. They simply click YES or NO on the email and we store the result, this result then determines if they are allowed in the venue that day. 

We send multiple emails to various email platforms but it appears only btinternet.com email addresses fail and are being marked as SPAM. The reason is Generic. 

The transactional email sent is generic in the sense that it contains the same message every day but the date is different, it contains the user's details such as name, etc. 

We've gone through bt's best practices but can't seem to get this to pass. 

Has anyone had any success?

Hi @kieranbarlow I'm sorry to see you're having trouble sending emails to @btinternet.com addresses. As you're following the best practices, I'd recommend getting in touch with the postmaster who'll be able to help.
