Sold our house and cancelled our BT landine but opened a Premium E-mail account to keep the email accounts active whilst we searched for a new property.
We now have a new house and a new account and need to get the Premium mail accounts transferred to the new BT account and then close it (we pay £5 per month currently).
How do I go about doing this, nothing obvious and I am in a never ending website loop!
Any moderator help etc would be appreciated, I have the two account numbers.

I have notified the moderators of the forum about your request. Once they have read this they may be able to help. They are a BT UK based team and if they can help they will reply via this thread asking you to contact them via a link. They are very busy at present so once you have replied to them by the link, it can take over 48 hours for them to re-contact you.
I might be going mad but I can see no link! Just the generic contact us link at the top of the page. Where is the link saying "Contact the Mods"?
Click on the moderators name. If using a mobile device you need to use the "full" site not the mobile site.

Just to confirm, I have moved the mailboxes over to your broadband account and I have cancelled the Premium Mail subscription. You'll no longer have to paid for the addresses as they're now associated to your broadband.
As this is sorted I'll go ahead and close things off from here as agreed.
