Can't get BT Broadband as we're too far from the exchange out here in the Shropshire sticks. We've got BTYahoo premium email addresses which we've been trying to transfer to our daughters BT broadband account to save the £7.50 a month charge.
Yesterday as suggested in an earlier phone call to the BT Premium mail helpline we had a three way phone call between BT premium email, ourselves and the daughter to sort it out. Daughter went through procedure only to get an error message when she tried to import our email addresses to her account "there is a problem, it's not you, it's us" !!
BT Premium mail guy said he would escalate to the next level, checked when I would be available and said someone would call me this morning between 9 and 12. They didn't!. Another phone call to them an hour ago "very sorry, spoken to his manager, someone would call me within 5 to 15 minutes". They didn't!
Getting very frustrated, is there any moderator monitoring this board who could poke a stick into the system?

Sorry for the problems you're having moving your mailbox over to your Daughter's BT Broadband account. I appreciate the time you have taken trying to sort this out and as the Community wouldn't be able to help with this we will be happy to give you a hand from here.

She tried again this just now (Thursday 10 am) , still getting the "It's not you, it's us" error message when she tries imprting the email addresses.
