Trying to add bt email to new iPad, it keeps saying password wrong, It isn't.

I am trying to set up bt internet.com email to a new iPad. I have put in the details exactly from other device but it tells me password is wrong when it isn't, can you help please?

What other device are you using? Is it set to auto-check for emails every few minutes? If so, try stopping that action - or even turning the other device off.
